Hello there, my name is J and welcome to j-annmallari.com! And here are a number of things that may interest you about me and my happy place in cyberspace:
I was born and raised in the capital city of a Sovereign state in Southeast Asia in the western Pacific Ocean called the Pearl of the Orient Seas. If you’ve never been to my country, you are missing out on something because it has so much to offer – down from the warm-hearted people to the most fascinating landscapes on the planet.
Home has changed. Change was inevitable and ultimately necessary. I always thought that home was a “where.” Now, I know that it is a “who.” Home was once a life of ease and security till it transitioned into a life of total independence. I am spending my life living in 54.5260° N, 15.2551° E at the present time and time that is to come. But, the world, in general, prunes me to be the person that I am today… Growing up dreaming, believing, creating, failing, learning and succeeding.
One Day is my own little patch online. It is a blog about my adventures every after adventures, which begin when the sun comes up shining big and bright or when the sun isn’t even trying to get out of the clouds. It was made for the rationales of partaking my thoughts and being grateful to God – for allowing me to experience the many joys and challenges of life, for all the blessings that He has been providing me over the past years of my existence, and for the way He continually made me.
A little over few years ago, the a.k.a. dream job knocked on the doorstep of our home and I dropped everything, went to where it was and took hold of the good thing. Not the easiest of decisions yet it was the most inspiring and it was also definitely most challenging. But I am more than encourage that this will serve its purpose in His own time. And it just proved me of opportunity and support beyond measure.
This undertaking has put me through and taught me so much already. Boundaries were pushed. Capabilities were maximised. Practiced and deepen more the horizon of faith to fate. Recognised and appreciated further the value planted in a place with people I knew nothing about or the other way around. In the face of this all and all things in between, I grew to be my fullest, strongest, fiercest self than I ever knew that I could become. Oh yes, I am always indebted to the Author of my life for this. Even words aren’t enough on how thankful I am to Him.
This personal blog of mine will contain bits and pieces of what my life is all about – from random ramblings to things that make me the happiest; from my musings, dreams and memories; from people, places and pursuits; from yesterday, today and tomorrow. It will also contain whatever thing that tickles my fancy that I would love to impart to my readers as well as “The Happiness Project” of mine wherein I am to do certain tasks for some days of the week, month or year that I have promised to be full-pledge and I have pretty much put on consideration.
Once upon a time, I believe in God’s plan for me. It won’t always play out how I would expect it nor I can’t control what happens to me, but I can make the best of what is given. Nonetheless, I am all ready for the reason that my faith believes that the Big Guy’s blessings of life, love and individuals in its pure and tainted form will continue to keep me growing to be the person that I am ought to still become. And well, the journey so far is so good. It gets even better each day.
Life may be unfolding and moving at its own pace and in God’s accordance. Along the way, I know that he will come and find me through. He who will define that love will no longer be love because love will only be him and no other. Then in that moment, I will look deep into his eyes, I will see the beauty of being alive and I will take his hands, I will stay next to him with my love he can forever rely. His presence in my life will always bring me the promise of better days amidst how the world out there can be quite discouraging sometimes. I will love him, I will love him beyond love will allow. And this, this is how I will love him in a thousand lifetimes, in a thousand worlds, in a thousand versions of reality, in numberless forms, in numberless times, in an over and over and over heartbeat without pauses, without questions, without doubts, without restraints.
I guess that’s it. So, to all my dearest readers, I’m so glad to have you here and thanks a lot for joining me for the ride while I make many more. Remember that the new day promises that everything will be alright – be patient, live in love, have faith. ❤
